Hotel Information
ATA has negotiated a discounted standard room rate of $279 per night (single/double occupancy) at The Diplomat Beach Resort. The nightly rate may increase with additional occupancy and does not include taxes, fees or the resort fee, which are subject to change without notice. Thursday, April 16 is the deadline to secure your room at the ATA discounted rate.
*Note: The 2026 Mid-Year Management Session (MYMS) program begins Sunday, May 17 at 8 am and will conclude with the MYMS Closing Reception and Dinner on Tuesday, May 19. Please visit our schedule page for the latest details.

If you need to amend your hotel reservation (arrival/departure/cancellation), please make these changes directly with the Diplomat Beach Resort, using the information in your hotel reservation confirmation email.
