Hotel Reservation Information
The 2023 ATA Mid-Year Management Session will take place at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida. The nightly room rate is $279 (single/double). Nightly rate does not include the $39 daily resort fee or taxes, which are subject to change without notice.
Please note: The 2023 Mid-Year Management Session (MYMS) program begins Friday, May 5 at 8 am and will conclude with the MYMS Reception and Dinner on Sunday, May 7. There are no meetings scheduled for Monday, May 8. Please plan your accommodations based on the adjustment to this year's meeting schedule.
The deadline to secure a room at the ATA discounted room rate is April 6. Please note, several other highly attended events are occurring in Hollywood during our meeting dates, including the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, so we encourage you to register and reserve your hotel room as soon as possible. We expect our hotel room block to sell out quickly and there will be limited overflow options – make your reservation today!
