Hub Sponsorship

Mid-Year Management Session, Hub Sponsorship for Entire Meeting: $40,000

Become the exclusive sponsor of the main area of activity at the Mid-Year Management Session. The MYMS Hub is conveniently located at the center of all of the MYMS activities, just steps from the meeting rooms. The MYMS Hub will have charging stations for all of your electronic devices and serve beverages and food throughout the day to allow you the opportunity to catch up on emails and the perfect meeting place with your customers and fellow colleagues. In addition to the rest of the MYMS sponsor benefits, recognition specific to the MYMS hub area includes company logo on the Hub counters, table tent signs, branded napkins and cups and the opportunity to place company collateral in the MYMS Hub area.

Welcome Amenity: $25,000

Welcome attendees with a refreshing margarita and chips and salsa in a branded bowl showcasing your company which will be delivered to over 300 rooms at the host hotel, the Westin La Paloma Resort. You also have the opportunity to include a note welcoming guests to the meeting. Deadline to reserve sponsorship: TBD

Wi-Fi: $20,000

Your company can have the logo and link to your website from the sign-in page for the wireless internet for the meeting space that will be used during the conference. There will be a landing page where your company can name the user ID as well as password and it can link to your webpage. There will be signage near the meeting rooms with the instructions and your company name and logo on each sign, as well as an acknowledgement in the ATA Mid-Year Management Session and your logo on the all-sponsor thank you signs.

Opening Reception: $15,000

A captive audience of the trucking industry’s top executives will appreciate your sponsoring their first social event of the ATA Mid-Year Management Session. Your company will receive the on-site promotional credit with custom signs and napkins at the event, as well as recognition in promotions leading up to the event. In addition, a representative from your company will have the opportunity to address the audience for 2-3 minutes.

LEAD ATA Reception & Dinner with ATA Past Chairmen:

LEAD ATA is a program created to engage the trucking industry’s best and brightest talent and prepare them to become our leaders of tomorrow. Participants in the LEAD ATA program represent the many different segments, regions, and fleet sizes that make up our industry. As the sponsor of this event your company will exclusively be able to network and dine with the current as well as future leaders of the trucking industry giving your company valuable inroads with the leaders in the trucking industry. Your company will be recognized at the event with your logo displayed on signage, cocktail napkins, drink glasses and dinner menus along with recognition in the printed program and meeting website.

Small Carriers Committee Program & Breakfast: $10,000

The Small Carrier Networking Breakfast & Meeting is open to all carriers with less than $25.5 million in revenue. If this group is part your target market, this annual breakfast is a perfect sponsorship opportunity to get your name and services in front of them. Your company will receive recognition for the sponsorship on signage as well as cocktail napkins on the refreshment display.

Board of Directors Meeting: $10,000

Exclusive sponsor of the Mid-Year Management Session Meeting Board of Directors meeting (and/or speaker if there is one) Sponsor will be acknowledged from the podium. Sponsor’s logo shall appear on sponsor signage at the Board Meeting and on the video screen(s) at the start and at the conclusion of the guest speaker’s remarks. The sponsor will also be acknowledged as the sponsor in pre- Mid-Year Management Session promotions.

Registration Campaign: $10,000

Extend your branding to all attendees as they register for the meeting. Every Mid-Year attendee will first check in at the registration area and your company logo will be featured prominently. Your logo will also be featured on:

  • •Every email promoting the meeting (approx. 15).
  • •ALL directional signage on-site leading to registration.
  • •Mid-Year meeting website (website receives an average of 8,700 page views and over 5,000 unique page views!)
  • •Meeting registration form

In addition, we will include a company-marketing piece in all registration materials.

Mobile App: $7,500

Exclusive sponsorship of the Mid-Year Management Session’s mobile app which is used by attendees to determine their meeting schedule and keep abreast of important meeting news and events. Logo will be prominently displayed as the sponsor on the app’s opening screen, a watermarked logo on the “My Schedule” page of the mobile app as well as up to 3 banner ads that can link back to your company’s home page. Your company name will be hyper-linked to your website from the sponsorship section of the MYMS website before, during and after the meeting (April through the end of June). In addition, your company will be listed in the sponsor section of the app and also on all sponsorship signage, mobile app signage and in the meeting program onsite.

Welcome Drink: $7,500

A great way to make a first impression on our attendees, sponsor the welcome drink that will be offered to each attendee as they check in. A bar will be set near the ATA registration area with a welcoming tropical beverage on the morning/afternoon of the meetings heaviest arrival date. The sponsor’s logo will be on the cocktail napkins, there will be signage recognizing the company’s support and welcoming attendees to the Mid-Year Management Session and the sponsor will have the opportunity to display brochures in the area where the cocktails are passed out.

Welcome Gift: $7,500

As our guests are checking in the hotel’s front desk staff will give them a gift provided by your company welcoming them to the MYMS.

Branded Beverage Coasters: $7,500

These coasters branded with your logo on one side and the ATA logo on the other will be used at the main bar during the entirety of our event.

Company Logo on Hotel Golf Carts: $7,500

At the Westin La Paloma, golf carts are used to transport guests throughout the property. We will place a cling with your company logo on the golf carts. Your logo will be seen daily by everyone at the hotel riding in the carts as well as by everyone the carts pass.
