Meeting Area Wi-Fi - $20,000

Your company can have the logo and link to your website from the sign-in page for the wireless internet for the meeting space that will be used during the conference. There will be a landing page where your company can name the user ID as well as password and it can link to your webpage. There will be signage near the meeting rooms with the instructions and your company name and logo on each sign as well as an acknowledgement in the ATA Mid-Year Management Session and your logo on the all-sponsor thank you board.

Mid Year Management Session Registration Campaign: $10,000

Every Mid-Year Management Session attendee will first check in at the registration area. Your company logo will be featured prominently in the registration area. The logo will also be placed on ALL directional signage on site leading to registration. Company’s logo will also be featured on the MCE meeting web page and registration forms used by all attendees (READ: Registration sponsored by: LOGO) extending your branding to all attendee’s as they register for the meeting. In addition, we will include a company-marketing piece in all attendee bags.

Monday Morning Continental Breakfast: $3,500

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Help get the attendees off to a healthy start with a rousing breakfast which includes fresh fruit, protein choices and hearty grains. And of course, coffee is a must-have. They will be surrounded by signage with your company logo and napkins letting them know you are the sponsor.

Tuesday Morning Continental Breakfast: $3,500

Most of our attendees hit the gym every morning, why not have your company logo be the first thing they see while they are working out? Every fitness machine that has a monitor attached (all treadmills, elliptical, bicycles) in both the main fitness center and the spa fitness center will display your company logo for the duration of our event.  

Board of Director’s Meeting: $10,000

Exclusive sponsor of the 2018 ATA Mid-Year Management Session Meeting Board of Directors speaker. Sponsor will be acknowledged from the podium. Sponsor’s logo shall appear on sponsor signage at the Board Meeting and on the video screen(s) at the start and at the conclusion of the guest speaker’s remarks. The sponsor will also be acknowledged as the sponsor in pre- Mid-Year Management Session promotions.

Hotel Room Drop in ATA Branded bag with other company’s info: $1,500

ATA will be offering a door drop to all guests in the JW Marriott Camelback ATA room block on the night of Monday 6. Add an insert to our “Trucking Moves America Forward” bag and highlight your company to all attendees staying at the host hotel. Your one-page insert or small give away must be sent to ATA (Attn: Dan Duggan) by April 17, 2019 and must conform to ATA guidelines regarding size and content. Call Dan at 703.838.1756 for approval. (450 copies of insert needed for stuffing). Your company will also be recognized in the official program, the ATA Mid-Year Management Session website and on-site signage.

Attendee Registration Bag Insert: $1,000

Adding a one-page flyer into the attendee registration bag will highlight your company to attendees from the very beginning of the meeting. Your company will also be recognized in the official program, the ATA Mid-Year Management Session website and on-site signage. Your one-page insert or small give away must be sent to ATA (Attn: Dan Duggan) by April 17, 2019 and must conform to ATA guidelines regarding size and content. Call Dan at 703.838.1756 for approval.
