Senior Vice President of Government Relations, Iowa Motor Truck Association
Blake Grolmus is the Senior Vice President of Government Relations with the Iowa Motor Truck Association, where he leads the association’s advocacy efforts with legislators and regulators at both the state and national levels.
Throughout nearly two decades of supply chain and transportation experience, Blake held progressive leadership positions in operations, facilities management, and safety at Target and Ruan Transportation Management Systems prior to joining IMTA in November 2025.
Blake holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in finance, real estate, and marketing from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a graduate of LEAD ATA and the Iowa Motor Truck Association leadership program. He is a former city councilman and volunteer leader in his local community and has served on the ATA’s Safety Policy and Hazardous Materials Policy committees.
