Prior to leading Impirica, P-J honed strategic thinking and problem-solving skills during his tenure as a consultant at Deloitte. This experience laid the foundation for his current role, where he applies a holistic approach to address the multifaceted challenges facing industry today.

He was instrumental in shaping policy discussions around cannabis legalization as part of a Canadian Federal task team working group in 2016. Additionally, he was actively involved in the Colorado Task Force for Drunk and Impaired Driving, contributing valuable insights to combat these critical issues.
