After many years in law enforcement as a police detective, Rocco transitioned into finance and in 2015 began working in the transportation industry. Rocco is active in many industry organizations class of 2023 including American Trucking Association (ATA), National Accounting and Finance Council (NAFC), Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), Technology Maintenance Council, ATA LEAB (Law Enforcement Advisory Board), Women in Trucking, Transportation intermediaries Association (TIA), National Tank Truck Association (NTTC) along with numerous State associations. Rocco is also a graduate of the ATA TMC Leaders of Tomorrow and graduate of Lead ATA. Rocco is passionate about helping his clients achieve operational efficiency and improving their processes which lead to increased profitability for them along with allowing them to move freight more safely.
Rocco holds a bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University and certificates in Strategic Business through Cornell University.
Rocco is a native of Chicago, but resides in Riverdale Iowa with his family, in his spare time he enjoys bodybuilding, cycling, running, golfing and traveling. Rocco hopes to one day to head to France and cycle on the cobblestone road of the Champs-Elysees where the champions of the Tour De France have crossed the finish line, along with playing a round of golf at Old St. Andrews in Scottland.
