Justin Copeland is the Vice President of Safety at United Road, where he leads fleet safety, people safety, security, compliance, onboarding, and training initiatives for one of North America’s largest finished vehicle logistics carriers. With more than 20 years in the trucking industry — including 15 years dedicated to safety leadership — Justin has built a reputation for developing practical, data-driven safety strategies that improve driver performance, reduce risk, and strengthen organizational culture.
Throughout his career, Justin has specialized in driver compliance, crash reduction, safety training development, injury prevention, fleet risk management, and regulatory compliance. He is passionate about advancing highway safety, supporting professional drivers, and helping carriers navigate the evolving regulatory and legal challenges impacting the transportation industry.
