Meeting Area Wi-Fi - $20,000

Your company can have the logo and link to your website from the sign-in page for the wireless internet for the meeting space that will be used during the conference. There will be a landing page where your company can name the user ID as well as password and it can link to your webpage. There will be signage near the meeting rooms with the instructions and your company name and logo on each sign as well as an acknowledgement in the ATA Mid-Year Management Session and your logo on the all-sponsor thank you board.

Advocacy and Government Affairs Speaker - $10,000

This popular luncheon, open to all attendees, has always featured thought-provoking speakers and a legislative update on issues critical to the industry. Sponsor benefits include signage being placed near the lunch buffet denoting your company as the luncheon sponsor as well as an acknowledgement in the ATA Mid-Year Management Session meeting program, your logo on the all-sponsor thank you board and preferred seating at the luncheon.

Mobile App: $10,000

Exclusive sponsorship of the Mid-Year Management Session’s mobile app which is used by attendees to determine their meeting schedule and keep abreast of important meeting news and events. Logo will be prominently displayed as the sponsor on the app’s home page. Your company name will be hyper-linked to your website before, during and after the meeting (March through the end of July). In addition, your company will be listed in the sponsor section of the app and also on all sponsorship signage, mobile app signage and in the meeting program onsite.

Company Logo on Fitness Center Machines: $3,500

Most of our attendees hit the gym every morning, why not have your company logo be the first thing they see while they are working out? Every fitness machine that has a monitor attached (all treadmills, elliptical, bicycles) in both the main fitness center and the spa fitness center will display your company logo for the duration of our event.  

Arrival Gifts: $3,500

Be the first to welcome attendees to the 2018 Mid-Year Management Session by providing a gift to the meeting’s attendees upon checking in to the hotel. Attendees will remember your warm welcome and appreciate your generosity will be appreciated.  The gift (provided by you with ATA approving the item in advance) is permitted to have your company logo or other promotional information on it. The gift you wish to provide must be sent to ATA (Attn: Dan Duggan) by May 1, 2018 and must conform to ATA guidelines regarding size and content (450 items needed). Hotel Room Drop in ATA Branded bag with other company’s info: $1,500

ATA will be offering a door drop to all guests in the Marriott Marquis ATA room block on Monday night. Add an insert to our “Trucking Moves America Forward” bag and highlight your company to all attendees staying at the host hotel. Your one-page insert or small give away must be sent to ATA (Attn: Dan Duggan) by May 1, 2018 and must conform to ATA guidelines regarding size and content (450 copies of insert needed for stuffing). Call Dan at 703.838.1756 for approval. Your company will also be recognized in the official program, the ATA Mid-Year Management Session website and on-site signage.

Attendee Registration Bag Insert: $1,000

Adding a one-page flyer or promotional item into the attendee registration bag will highlight your company to attendees from the very beginning of the meeting. Your company will also be recognized in the official program, the ATA Mid-Year Management Session website and on-site signage.
